Political, cultural, and religious leaders of Kassanda District gathered in Kassanda Town Council to warmly welcome the Katikkiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, during the official opening of Red Rose Hospital.
The newly opened hospital, located in Jjemba LC, is a private health facility established by Mr. Ssemwanga Geofrey. Its launch marks a significant milestone in strengthening healthcare service delivery within Kassanda District.
Leaders present at the event commended Mr. Ssemwanga and his team for investing in a much-needed medical facility that will greatly support the health needs of the community. Red Rose Hospital is expected to provide reliable medical services, ease access to healthcare, and offer timely medical support to residents across the district.
The opening ceremony highlighted the importance of public–private partnerships in improving healthcare outcomes and ensuring that communities have access to quality medical services close to home.
